1. Booking & Prepayment
• All sessions require full prepayment at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
• Payments are accepted through our secure contract form
2. Non-Refundable Policy
• All payments are non-refundable.
• This policy ensures that your booking is reserved exclusively for you and protects the business from lost time and scheduling conflicts.
3. Rescheduling
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability, and your prepayment will be applied to the new date.
4. Cancellations
• Cancellations for any reason will forfeit the full prepayment.
• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.
5. Additional Services
• For services beyond your original booking (e.g., extra editing, additional sessions), full prepayment is required before work begins.
6. Agreement
• By booking with Monie Mone Production, you acknowledge and agree to this payment and cancellation policy.
